Delivery/Shipping: Please select the location you’d like to pick-up at during the checkout process. Click Here for Hours and Location. You will be notified via email when your order is complete. You can also ship your order to your home for a fee of $9.99, this option is available in the checkout screen. If you ship your order, it will be completed on the above delivery dates. Please account for transit time.
*For players outside the twin cities metro area currently playing in a league, you will need to pay for shipping ($9.99) direct to your home.

Back Orders: Lettermen Sports is not responsible for manufacturer back orders or out of stock products. If any back orders do occur, you will be contacted as soon as possible with details, delivery estimates, and possible solutions. You will be responsible for responding back to Lettermen Sports in a timely manner to avoid delaying your order delivery. We will work with you on your specific needs, and will do our best to assist you in finding the best solution.
Brand Colors/Sizes: This site contains many different brands and styles. Not all brands fit/size the same, there also may be a variance in shades of color. Due to this, we strongly recommend taking advantage of the try-on samples provided to your group. If you are unable to make it in to try-on sizing samples, we also have sizing charts located in the “sizing guidance” section of each item.
Exchanges/Returns: We do not accept any returns or exchanges on custom ordered apparel. We strongly recommend taking advantage of the try-on samples provided to your group.
Profanity Policy: It is the policy of Lettermen Sports that we will not produce or letter anything requested by an individual, group or organization containing profanity of any kind. This includes the use of vulgar language, derogatory comments, references to illegal activity, disguised profanity or any other language/images deemed inappropriate by Lettermen Sports. Lettermen Sports reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. If we deem the content of any request to be inappropriate at any point throughout the ordering process, your order will not be lettered and you will receive a full refund. This policy is non-negotiable.
