Lettermen Sports is not responsible for manufacturer backorders or out of stock products. If any back orders do occur, you will be contacted as soon as possible with details, delivery estimates, and possible solutions (wait, cancel, or substitute item). You will be responsible for responding back to Lettermen Sports within 48-hours, after 48-hours we must proceed with production and will be unable to make any substitutions to your order.
Brand Colors/Sizes: This site contains many different brands and styles. Not all brands fit/size the same, there also may be a variance in shades of color. Due to this, we strongly recommend reviewing the "sizing guidance" section for each item. Limited samples will also be available at our retail locations, please contact us prior to stopping in if you are looking to try-on something specific.
Exchanges/Returns: We do not accept any returns or exchanges on custom ordered apparel.
